This self-published cookbook is a collaboration between myself and a writer friend. I loved working on this project because I did all the photography, design and production, using both the left and right side of my brain! The production aspect of this 170 page full colour book was quite involved and included:

• layout of all pages including typesetting

• digital preparation, retouching and management of 100+ photographs used in the book

• use of higher-level InDesign features such as Table of Content and Index generation and paragraph and character style-sheets

• sourcing print vendor, preparation of all print-ready PDFs, specifying all aspects of the book
